Why should you become 'Human Capital'?
The worldwide concept of Human Capital focuses on the employees working in a company. Under this concept, it is believed that the capabilities, skills and knowledge that each employee has can be measured and overall productivity can be improved by investing in training, education, health.
In most of the cases it has been found that a business started by educated and skilled individuals is more productive than a business started by the unskilled. Therefore, the income earned by a skilled person is higher than that of an unskilled person. Similarly, the contribution of a skilled person to the country's economy is greater than that of an unskilled person. This is why governments of all countries, including the World Bank, are focusing on developing Human Capital through nutrition, health care, quality education and skill development.
We have a different view on Human Capital.
